Hi Explorers! One question I get often is what food do I pack for backpacking and how much. Well we recently guided a 3 day/2 night trip in Arkansas and this is what we took for 6 people. After a long day, I went for a short hike at a local park. This wasn't a crazy wilderness experience but really just some time outside in nature.
